The Circular Economy School is a new programme in Park Royal, where local young people can learn how to create new products from waste materials – and gain the skills and experience they need for careers in sustainable making and design.

We’re looking for 10 young people (aged 17→21) from the boroughs of Brent, Ealing and Hammersmith & Fulham to take part in our PAID workshop programme, starting in February 2026, and funded by the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation.

Do you want to:

→  Get paid London Living Wage for at least 15 days of workshops (with the potential to earn over £1000)?

→  Learn how to work with reclaimed materials; how to design a product; how to pitch and present your work; and how to think in a circular way in the first place?

→  Work together to develop a new set of products, made from waste materials?

→  Sell these products at a specially designed market stall in May 2026?

→  Earn a share of 50% of the proceeds from sales?

→  17→ 21?

→  Living in (or from) the London Boroughs of Brent, Ealing or Hammersmith & Fulham?

→  Interested in design and making?

→  Keen to take action on climate?

→  Free on Saturdays in February and March 2026, and available during the Easter Holidays (30th March→11th April 2026)?

→  You might even have an idea for a product, though this is not essential.
